Very reasonably priced products. Locally sourced so they can offer a very competitive price. HOWEVER! Their tailoring service is horrible AND they won’t take responsibility for their mistakes, neither will they fix it once you show them where they went wrong. They make promises about getting the fit just right or making it the way you want to, however, they can’t. When I was making a purchase, we could see two unsatisfied customers. They did not like the tailoring job. The Anzara staff said that they made it according to their instructions and that the demands for the customer were not mentioned before. We also heard a second customer voicing unhappy remarks about the fit of their outfit. I trusted the Anzara team. Today I took delivery of my product and when I showed them their clear flaw They said that the product itself was slightly misaligned and so the finished product came out mismatched too. I was served by Najia Afrin Eva. She told me the product was defected to begin with, something that I was not told when making the purchase, obviously. Back then they told me it will be exactly how we want it, that it will be perfect. When I asked if they can send it back to the tailor to fix the alignment issue, they said it’s not possible and that I have to pay again to have the correction done. I was also not given the opportunity to speak with the tailor.

In this Eid I purchased from anzara and it was 5th my purchase. And it was a online order. I’m so impressed that how they customised the dress so so perfectly to my size that I perfectly fit into it. And they also customised the top exactly according to my requirements. I’m so happy with their work. I will definitely going to purchase from them again and again. ♥️
